This piece is about a women’s love journey with herself. Since she was a teenager, she was told her body wasn’t good enough. She held all her self worth around what she looked like. Through battling negative self talk and hearing the negative comments from others louder than any positive ones, she finally decided to break toxic beliefs and love her body.
