Commission Enquiry

How it works:

• Get in contact with the artist.
• Submit your request via the email below.
• If approved, a quote will be sent to you. if both parties approve of the idea a deposit to secure spot is required. 
  
• Make 25% deposit payment via payment method supplied on invoice.
• 2-3 progress images will be sent throughout creating the artwork. 
• Allow 4 weeks to 4 months depending on the artwork to receive your piece from payment to delivery.

Please Note:

• Commissions are subject to rejection based on request type and current work load.
• It can be really hard to convey your idea in your head to another person without variance, only submit a request if you’re willing to allow the artist to take control and add their flare on the basis of your idea. Emma needs to be able to take control to get the most out of creating her artworks, if the idea is too specific it could be subject to rejection. 

Commission Refund Policy.

• No deposit refund is supplied for change of mind after making deposit. 
  
• If customer cancellation is requested after the deposit, the remaining amount will be waived if circumstances are met, however deposit cannot be returned.
• No refunds are supplied for variance in colours or details supplied in progress photos.
  
• No refunds are offered for natural aging of artworks. 
• Refer to the shipping refund policy for more information on the highly unlikely event an artwork is damaged or lost on its transit to you.
